“Moorti” (1945), by now a forgotten movie,was produced by Ranjit Movietone. It was directed by Chaturbhuj Doshi. The movie had Motilal, Khursheed, Padma Banerjee, Yashwant Dube, Kamal Jamindar, Kaneez, Tara Bai etc. in it.

Music of this movie has also been forgotten with time and the movie deserves to be known to music lovers. So I have been digging up these songs which are for too obscure to I have been discussing these songs in this blog. I have discussed five songs from this movie so far.

Here is the sixth song from this movie. This extremely rare song is sung by Khursheed. Pt Indra Chandra is the lyricist. Music is composed by Bulo C Rani.

Only the audio of this song is available, but one can guess from the star cast that this song is picturised on Khursheed herself who is also the leading lady in this movie.
