This song was among the most popular songs of 1970s, especially among pre teens like me. But I had no inkling which movie this song was from, though I guessed that this song must be from some well known movie.

I had never heard about this movie called “Raja Saahab” (1969). This movie had Shashi Kapoor and Nanda. May be that is why I had never heard about this movie.
