“Teen Deviyaan” (1965) is a movie whose songs are somehow under represented in this blog. and this is a movie whose songs have somehow managed to escape my radar.
Here is a playful song from this movie. This song is sung by Kishore Kumar and Asha Bhonsle. Majrooh Sultanpuri is the lyricist and S d Burman is the music director.
This song is picturised on Dev Anand and Kalpana. It is a dance song. By that I mean it is Kalpana who dances. You does not expect Dev saab to dance, or do you ?

This must have been on one of my earliest farmaish lists – if not, I must have just forgotten to include it. It is one of my favourite timepass songs. I listen to it all the time.
Btw, it is Kalpana, not Kalpana Karthik. This is the Kalpana of Professor, not Kalpana Karthik of Baazi (who was Dev’s real-life wife).
I loved Kalpana in Professor – and found her very irritating in this movie. She over-acts throughout the movie.
This song is very cute though.
